==Billing Rules==
Did you know that employee benefit plan changes submitted to HealthSource Plus must be received by a specific date to be included on your most current invoice?
•For approximately five business days following your change deadline, new changes will not be processed on your account while we process prior changes and issue premium invoices. This includes all changes whether received through HSPOnline, email, fax or regular mail.

•Contact your Nycole Augustine during this period if you require assistance in processing an urgent change.
•Changes received after your deadline will be reflected on your next billing statement, with retroactive adjustments, where necessary.
*The following table provides dates by which Healthsource must receive changes in order for them to be included on our unpcoming billing statement.
