*The address book for STEIN is most optimally managed through the web interface, which is accessible at https://stein.unipharm.local. Your login credentials will be the same as your Windows credentials.
*Navigate to the Address Book tab to add, edit or delete contacts and manage groups. “Groups” can be selected in the left menu.

*Viewing a certain contact will display which groups they currently belong to.
*When editing a contact, the Display Name field is a required field and the company name should be entered here rather than in the Company field, which is a secondary detail entry.
*The address book can be exported to a .csv file for backup purposes. Similarly, there is also the ability to import a .csv file to batch add contacts to the address book, or replace it entirely. Select the dropdown box to access these options. It is recommended that a .csv file be exported each time changes are made, so an updated list can be kept as a file.
