==Overview==
The '''NexgenRx''' cost plus arrangement was negotiated by '''Bajus Financials''' in 2014 for our shareholder group and head office(uniPHARM). It allows each pharmacy owner to setup a Private Health Services Plan (PHSP) in their own pharmacy name. The PHSP plan essentially works like health care spending account. Each owner can select an annual limit that meets their expected claiming needs beyond the core Equitable Life plan. Each pharmacy will be billed independently by '''NexgenRx''' based on their actual paid claims and this can be done either electronically via pre-authorized debit (if setup electronically) or with a cheque attached to the claim form for plans setup on a manual paper basis. The claims admin fee we negotiated with '''NexgenRx''' was very favourable at 7.5% of paid claims. Claims can be submitted online (if setup electronically) or with a paper form.
