Two types of statements can be created:

==POS Summary Reports==

*Last business day prior to running statements, the POS Summary Reports will be printed by Finance.
*All POS Summary Reports are to be attached to the printed statements or placed in the store’s mail slot.

*Discard all staff reports and those that only show one line.
*All reports are to be attached to printed statements (not all statements are printed – some are emailed or faxed).

:3. Stamp each envelope with the red “Statement” stamp.
