ASW contains a data warehouse component/module, one that is quite integrated with the other ASW modules (e.g. ASW Financial). Although its usage is well described in the ASW technical reference manual, the data warehouse as a part of ASW is not well-defined, only once being referred to distinctively as ASW BIW, or Business Information Warehouse. However, because this part of ASW was closely tied to the ASW Windows GUI program ASW Analyzer (which was a BI frontend for analyzing all the data in the data warehouse), and because a lot of the files/programs in ASW BIW are prefixed with 'AN', this part of ASW came to be known as "Analyzer". Rather than trying to get the term right, it's probably better just to keep it referred to as Analyzer (or who knows, it may really be called that).
