==Overview==
All Shareholder Store’s staff members are invited to participate in The Birthday Club.

Everyone in the club is sent a Birthday Card and depending upon the wishes of management sometimes a small gift is sent as well.

A store member can be added by contacting uniPHARM’s Customer Service either by phone, fax or email. It is up to the store to let Customer Service know if someone is no longer at the store or a new staff member is to be added.

This task is currently completed weekly by a designated member of the uniPHARM Customer Service team. If the Customer Service Representative that is contacted is not the appropriate team member who maintains the club list they can transfer the call to the appropriate team member or inform the designated team member of the addition or deletion of the card/gift recipient via word of mouth or email.

#There is allot of information that you can draw from on this spreadsheet. It is arranged vertically in chronological order and horizontally by year. Under the year you input the gift given. If the recipient was not added until the next year there is an “X” placed in the cell. As stores let us know of new Employees we add them.
#If an Employee has left we cut all records and enter them onto the “Removed tab”
#Note the date removed and if there was a reason next to the record

==Preparing Birthday Card==
#Once a week uniPHARM sends out mail to all the Shareholder Stores (currently it is placed in a mailbag by a warehouse staff person on Wednesday afternoons).
#Either the day before or the morning of mail day take a look at the Birthday Club list to determine if there is anyone who is listed within the next shipping week up to the following Friday (for those stores that are a 2 day delivery).
