Battery EHF surcharge used to be charged per package but is now per battery in the package. e.g. item 00464875 pack of 4's will be charged $0.06 x4 = $0.24. This new fee structure as been in place since February 2017. We were only recently made aware of this change and Norma has updated our system.
 * Jones compliance card complaints.  Stores have been having problems with the cards not sticking.  As per Norma the store must call Jones Packaging at 1-800-265-1009
