==Narcotic Authorization Form==
1.Stores will call and say they have a new pharmacist that is joining there store staff.

2.To be able for the new member to order narcotics for the store they first must be set up in our system.

3.While on the phone, the CSR must start Narcotic Authorization paperwork {{unc|\\superserver.unipharm.local\Customer Service\common\New Pharmacist Form\Narcotic Authorization Form.xlsx|superserver.unipharm.local\Customer Service\common\New Pharmacist Form\Narcotic Authorization Form.xlsx}}
Over the phone fill out the following information using information from the store:
*Store name
*New Pharmacists first and last name
*Pharmacist number
