==Reasons to Look up Sales Orders==
There is a number of reasons that Customer Service might have to look up specific orders.

*Store wants to know if and when they ordered a specific product
*Store wants to know if their order came through to us
*Store wants to know if they made a cut off time
*Store wants to know if they made minimum
*Store wants to know why they did not get a specific product due to a short on the order or a trace on the order
*Store wants to know when a product on Future Order will arrive
*Store wants to know how much they paid last time

==Order Types
*SO = Sales order that has been manually placed by an employee of uniPHARM
*FO = Future Order that has been manually placed by an employee of uniPHARM
*EO = Electronic Order that has been placed by someone who works at the store via an automatic ordering system such as Kroll, ARI, Tricomp
*WO = Web Order that has been placed by someone who works at the store via Web Orders
*WF = Future Order that has been placed by someone who works at the store via Web Orders
*RT = Manual Return process by uniPHARM’s Returns Department
*WR = Web Return that was started by someone who works at the store and has been processed by uniPHARM’s Returns department
*CM = Credit Memo processed by Customer Service
*CA = Credit Adjustment processed by Customer Service
**Please note that there are many other codes that are used by other department

==Handler Types==
There is a number of different systems a store can submit automatically generated orders directly to uniPHARM. They will appear coded the following ways under “Handler” on the Sale Order screens.

*EDI-KROLL = Kroll
*EDI-TRIPOS = Telus Assyst POS (some store will call this TriComp POS)
*EDI-TRIRX = Telus Assyst RX (some stores will call this TriComp RX)
*EDI- ARI = WinRX (also known as ARI system orders or Applied Robotics)
*EDI-SIMPLI = Simplicity (Emergis)
*EDI-X12 = Ranger – this is only a POS system not a RX system

==Status Codes==
uniPHARM uses a numerical “Status Code” to determine what state an order is currently

Status 10 – Currently being placed but not yet closed.
Status 20 – Order has been finished being placed but not sent to the picking gun in the warehouse. This could be because it is a Future Order or Special Order and the stock is not here or that the order is being held for Accounting.
Status 30 – The order has been sent to the picking guns in the warehouse (at this point in time the order has a pick list you can look at in Mocha or InfoNet to determine shipping information)
Status 45 – The order has now been picked but not invoiced
Status 60 – The order is now completed in the warehouse, ready to ship and the order is now closed.
