The normal Customer Service hours are 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. After 4:30 PM, the calls are directed to DC. However, we now have the capability of extending the hours after 4:30 PM. Our new hours will be 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

==Extending Time==
*Go to the phone at the reception desk and press the '''Night button''' and then the number '''1''' on the number pad.
*This will allow outside calls to continue being put into the queue.

==Disabling Extending Time==
*After 5:00 PM, go back to the phone at the reception desk and press the '''Night button''' again and the number '''3''' on the number pad.

==Extending Time not Required==
*On days when extending time is not required and everybody leaves by 4:30 PM, it is not necessary to do any button pushing as the phone system will automatically route calls to the DC as it is doing presently.
