This is not a simple procedure. The extract will have to be run several times, and the spreadsheets combined.

Go to InfoNet / Finance / Summarize/Extract G/L Transactions.

The first step to pull out all expense transactions.

Select the accounting periods from the beginning of the year, to the end. Select cost centres to include less than 2410. Expense accounts are from 480000 to 910000, excluding 730200 'Out of Balance'. As there are so many entries to that account, it is easier to build two spreadsheets and merge them, than to delete all the records from a single spreadsheet. So do this step in two passes; first pass from 480000 to 730100. The second 740000 to 900970.

Click on 'Detail to Excel' for both of these, and combine into one spreadsheet. Sort by KPMG section and main account number, then delete any transactions that are not for -
