Users may report that ‘invoices not printing’, ‘PO’s not printing’, or something else not printing. This could be a problem with a printer, or it could be that the jobs that produce the printouts aren’t running.<br />

Change the ‘Job queue’ to QS36EVOKE, clear the ‘Library’, then press enter. QS36EVOKE is a job queue that will release an unlimited number of jobs to run, so keep a watch on the QBATCH subsystem (in work with active jobs) to make sure that one job finishes before you release another.<br />
