In order to add another mailbox or active user to our Microsoft 365, we need to purchase an additional license from the cdw site.
csp.cdw.ca, each member of the IT staff has their own login and should be able to add or remove licenses from here. It should be noted that the vendor did say that reducing the number of licenses is more involved if we pay per year.

From there the licenses should become available in our M365admin center to be assigned.
