* Delivery date of line item is beyond selection date.
* Line is already on a different pick list.
* Product is in stock take status.
* Order is on credit hold.
* Order is being maintained by another user.
* Inventory is not available.

When a sales order is opened in update mode, the header is flagged as being in use. If it is not actually in use, it means that some function did not end properly, so did not reset this flag. The same user can into it again, then exit to clear the flag. Or the power user DISADMIN can. Or it can be reset manually by using [[Information Systems:DFU | DFU]] on file SRBSOH in library UP1480BFVA to blank out the WSID field (on the second page).

Check the "On S.O." field in SR1SRO for this item. If it is true (and this must absolutely be confirmed) that there are no other orders for this item, then some process failed to clear this field out to make the quantity available for allocation again. Thus this can be cleared. If there are other orders for this item, then the amount in pending orders should total the amount in this field.
