FTP credentials for downloading invoice files off the Purolator FTP site. These are uploaded once per week. They are currently still being emailed to Gerald/John, but technically they are now only supposed to be retrievable only by FTP. The invoice file will be in the OUT folder.

  • FTP Server: ftp2.purolator.com
  • Username: 24247882
  • Password: f7Yn(9Ja#Y
  • Change Mode to Binary
  • Change remote directory to OUT
  • GET or MGET the latest files - since this is a manual process compare what file dates are present on the SuperServer and download what we don't have to a local temp folder

  • Then save as a CSV to \\SUPERSERVER\Distribution Centre\Richmond\GeraldP\Freight GP\Purolator\Raw Invoices
