Overview
uniPHARM owns a 24 Hour Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitor and it is available to all shareholders on a first come first service basis at no charge.
- The 24 Hour Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitor is based out of Summerland Medicine Centre as they use the machine on a regular basis.
- If any shareholders request the machine for a few days call Summerland to make sure they do not have it booked for a customer.
Shipping
- Have customer service book an e-return with Loomis to arrange shipping from Summerland to the new location.
- Advise Summerland Medicine Centre with the pick up date and return authorization number.
- Unipharm will pay for the shipping charges
- Update the excel tracking document Tracking 24 hr Blood Pressure Monitor
- Arrange shipping back to Summerland once the unit is available and update tracking document.
