Overview

uniPHARM owns a 24 Hour Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitor. The monitor is available at no charge for Unipharm shareholder use on a first come first serve basis.

Shipping

• The 24 Hour Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitor is located on the upstairs mezz back shelf.
• Upon request have customer service arrange shipping to the pharmacy.
• Unipharm will pay for the shipping charges
• Update the excel tracking document Tracking 24 hr Blood Pressure Monitor
• Arrange shipping back to Unipharm once the unit is available and update tracking document.

Purchasing and Supplies

• If a pharmacy would like more information about purchasing their own unit direct them to ManthaMed for more information.
• Supplies can be ordered direct with ManthaMed.
• Angela will invoice the stores accordingly when the invoice is received from Manthamed
