Accounting Finance:Investment Budget

Overview

• These are used in the Asset file, to connect an asset to a specific investment budget.
• The investment budgets are set up per accounting year.
• The investment budget can be analyzed on listings where it is shown how much of the budget that has been allocated to different assets, and how much is left to acquire on a specific budget.

Enter Investment Budget

• Click Asset Management→Asset management financial tasks→Investment budget tasks→Work with investment budgets
• Click Add (left side on blue panel)

1. Enter the Year
2. Enter the Budget
3. Enter the Description
4. Enter the Inv budget amount
5. Click enter
6. Enter another budget or click F12 when completed

Print Investment Budget

• Click Print investment budgets if you wish to print budget listing

1. Enter sequence 1
2. Enter Asset details Y
3. Enter Year
4. Change printer queue lp05
5. Click enter
