==Overview We finally got the on hold / background music working for the phone system. The quality is never going to be that great through the phone speaker but it no longer has static or interference so I'll take that as a win. It might be a good idea to check it every once in a while to make sure it's still playing. If you find it's not just let the IT Group know and we'll fix it..
