Accessing Background Music
You can access the background music on your phone with the following commands:
*#49001 - Background Music On *#491- Background Music Off
Adjust Music Volume
To adjust the music volume on your desk phone press the speaker button and hold the volume button up or down to the desired volume. Press the speaker button again to get back to the music. Alternatively you can just call someone in the building and have them put you on hold to test this out.
