Overview
- The quality of the music is not great through the phone speaker but it no longer has static or interference.
- It might be a good idea to check it every once in a while to make sure it's still playing.
- If you find it's not just let the IT Group. itgroup.com
Accessing Background Music
You can access the background music on your phone with the following commands:
- #49001 - Background Music On
- #491- Background Music Off
Adjusting Music Volume
- To adjust the music volume on your desk phone press the speaker button and hold the volume button up or down to the desired volume.
- Press the speaker button again to get back to the music.
- Alternatively you can just call someone in the building and have them put you on hold to test this out.
