It has been decided that as of January 2018, uniPHARM will not continue to offer the Pharmacist Letter free of charge. There was a lack of support in the last survey sent out regarding the Letter from shareholders. As the annual cost was $20,000 US for the subscription, it was felt that this money could be better used to bring more value to you all by underwriting the cost of BCPhA and CFIB membership fees. The board of directors felt this was a better use of everyone's money. |

Overview
It has been decided that as of January 2018, uniPHARM will not continue to offer the Pharmacist Letter free of charge. There was a lack of support in the last survey sent out regarding the Letter from shareholders. As the annual cost was $20,000 US for the subscription, it was felt that this money could be better used to bring more value to you all by underwriting the cost of BCPhA and CFIB membership fees. The board of directors felt this was a better use of everyone's money.
With so much continuing education now available free of charge, this change should not impact the shareholder's ability to reach their annual requirements for the College, if they had been using their CEs.
