Overview

The following instructions will allow you to log into the phone system, use your headset and answer the phone from a Customer Service desk.

Log in and Out of the Phone System

  1. Press <Intercom>
  2. Press <Login>
  3. Press <1,your desk extension, ##>
  4. Press <150##> (Customer Service queue)
  5. Press <Release>
  6. To log out press <Login>
  7. On the screen it will give you the option of Logout all or Cancel
  8. Press the <ok> button twice to Logout.

  1. Press the transfer button
  2. Press Line
  3. Enter local
  4. Press Intercom or release button
