Overview

uniPHARM has entered into an agreement with Purolator to handle freight services for a selected number of phase one customer accounts. This will be expanded to other customers and shareholders after the initial test phase. In the meantime, please do not offer this service to any customer or shareholder not on the attached list. Register New User

Main user will be nancyn which will have the main address book. Do not set up any new users without obtaining authorization from the Manager, Finance or Manager, Distribution.

1. Click Register Now
2. Click Register your existing Purolator Business Account number
3. Enter User Details
4. Click drop-down for secret question and select What city were you born in?
5. Enter Secret answer Richmond
6. Click Next
7. Enter Shipping address
8. Enter Account Number 1459906
9. Enter Returns Account Number 7631763
10. Click box for I agree to the Purolator Online Shipping License
11. Click Register

Login to Purolator Freight Online

1. Access the Purolator website https://eshiponline.purolator.com/ShipOnline/SecurePages/Public/FormsLogin.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fShipOnline%2fWelcome.aspx
2. Enter your user ID nancyn and password 2017UWD
3. When you are done, click the Login button.

Share Address Book

It is best to share one address book which allows all users to share and make changes. The main address book is with nancyn; therefore, all users will share the nancyn address book

1. Click My Account
2. Click Address Book
3. Choose the action share address book
4. Click Go
5. Click Add User
6. Enter user ID
7. Click Read and Copy
8. Click Save

Add New Address

After the Manager, Distribution has advised you of new address for the Purolator group, add address to the address book.

1. Log in with user ID nancyn and password 2017UWD
2. Click My Account
3. Click Address Book
4. Choose the action Add Address
5. Click Go
6. Enter Nickname (customer account number)
7. Enter address details

1. Enter Cost Centre (Customer account number)
2. Enter E-mail Address (call store and ask for a specific email address that the store wants to direct freight return claims)
3. Click Save

Edit Existing Address

1. Log in with user ID nancyn and password 2017UWD
2. Click My Account
3. Click Address Book
4. Click pencil icon next to customer name
5. Make any changes
6. Click Save
