SET UP CYCLE COUNTS
Regular counts:
First count
- 10 (cycle count menu) → 1 (generate a cycle count) → MAI (warehouse) / Y (RF count) / Y (std item count) → ENTER twice → Y (Include WM items) → "A1 A000" / "A1 A999" (Zone / Location) → ENTER
- 3 (Allocate count batch by zone) → F6 → "99" / "MIKEG" (Resource) / "MIKEG" (Handler) / 0 (pick/put type) → ENTER → F9 → 1 / F7 (select all items) → ENTER
IMPORTANT: Must record the reference #, zone and location range, handler, and total lines to the Excel spreadsheet in the Cycle Count Log.
Second Count
- 10 (cycle count menu) → 1 (generate a cycle count) → MAI (warehouse) / Y (RF count) / "0000" (recount list) / Y (std item count) → ENTER twice → .01 (cost difference) → "A1 A000" / "A1 A999" (Zone/Location) → PRT01 (Printer queue)
IMPORTANT: Must record the # of recounts in the Cycle Count Log.
Printing Count Results
- 10 (cycle count menu) → 10 (print cycle count results) → "0000" (list number) → .01 (cost difference) → Y / STEIN (printer queue)
Closing Cycle Count
- 10 (cycle count menu) → 1 (generate a cycle count) → MAI (warehouse) / Y (RF count) / "0000" (recount list) / Y (std item count) → ENTER twice → "A1 A000" / "A1 A999" (Zone / location) → ENTER
- 15 (update results from cycle count) → "0000" (list number) / N (keep open counts) → ENTER

- 10 (cycle count menu) → 25 (narcotics cycle count report) → "YYYYMMDD / YYYYMMDD" change date at value (always one day before) → ENTER
- F4 (work with all spooled files) → 5 (opt) to display spooled files → 2 (Opt) → STEIN (output queue) to print report (always the second report with store detail)
Over stock report
- 65 (reports and labels menu) → 65 (location item count list) → MAI (warehouse) / ZX XA00 - ZX XE99
- F4 (work with all spooled files) → 5 (opt) to display spooled files → 2 (Opt) → STEIN (output queue) to print report
