Overview
Any changes to the Carried Forward amount in an employee's HCSA has to be changed by Equitable Life. The administrator is only able to change the current year HCSA allocation and to update participation.

- You must email Equitable Life at Equitable Life and explain the situation and request a change to the Carried Forward amount.
