Overview
There are a few different ways to look up products in the uniPHARM programs available to Customer Service if a customer does not have an item number.
- WebOrders
- Mocha\9 Item Extens.\7 New Item Search
- InfoNet
You can also “drill” into an item and see more details of the product such as but not limited to
- Alternatives and substitutes
- Price changes and mark ups
- Warehouse locations
- UPC’s and vender codes (cross references)
- Restrictions
- Units of measure
- Promos and Special orders
- Availability
Type of Products Carried by uniPHARM
uniPHARM carries a number of types of products which include: Pharmaceuticals and Narcotics, Home Health Care, Over the Counter (OTC), Health and Beauty, Candy and Chocolate, Paper Products and Sundries. We do not distribute tobacco products.
We also can bring in Special Order items when requested. These are items that perhaps are not big sellers but a store might need on occasion. These items are not kept in stock but can be ordered by stores and in turn will be ordered from our venders by the appropriate buyers. These items will be shipped to the store when they arrive at uniPHARM. This is a premium service for uniPHARM Shareholders but can be offered to Customers who wish to make specific minimum order requirements.
We also carry Promotional items. Often these are one time specials or items brought in for the Holidays. These are advertised to Shareholders only and are ordered by the stores in advance and then ordered by uniPHARM from the vender as a bulk sale to take advantage of any vender discounts.
WebOrders uniPHARM Portal
- IS/Finance will assign you a Web Account If you do not have one
- Click on the link to access the web portal https://orders.unipharm.com/unipharm/uw_login.pgm
- Enter 'Account number'
- Enter 'User ID'
- Enter 'Password'
- Click 'Login'
- Click on 'Web Orders' (when you have log into the web account)
- Note you will not be able to find Special Order items on WebOrders
