Overview
- Auto Cash is run to settle payments to transactions
- Auto cash is run on the 15th and last day of the month
Statement Format
- There are two types of statements that can be created.
- Balance Forward statements have an opening balance and show only current transactions for the period. All new customers and shareholders are Balance Forward types.
- Open Item Statements provide a detailed list of all customer transactions associated with an Open Item for the statement period.
Running Auto Cash
- 1. Select 2 Start uniPharm Extensions
- 2. Select 1 VA Company (PRODUCTION)
- 3. Select 1 UWD Extensions
- 4. Select 44 Auto Cash
- 5. Select 1 Run Auto Cash
- 6. Select all customers (Y/N) ? Y
- 7. Interactive or batch (I/B) ? B
- 8. Click F10 to run/submit process
- 9. Press Enter to confirm
- 10. Click F12 to go back to previous panel
- 11. Select 3 Show list of runs
- 12. There should be 2 batches for each auto cash run. Both will be posted separately.
- 13. They should be both Status PO when completed; however, it could be IN if there are no transactions in the batch.
Closing Batch in A/R
- 1. Click ASW fastpath
- 2. Click Cash management
- 3. Click A/R cash management tasks
- 4. Click A/R invoicing tasks
- 5. Click Enter financial transactions
- 6. Click Select batch number
- 7. Mark first Auto Cash transaction
- 8. Press Enter
- 9. Press F3
- 10. Click Close batch
- 11. Change Printer queue to PRT01 (no need to print)
- 12. Press Enter
- 13. Repeat for 2nd batch
