Because of WFH protocols, headsets became an essential part of the remote deployment kit for Customer Service staff. Due to their value, the Sennheiser headsets already deployed to staff were restricted to office use only. As an alternative, the company purchased a few Poly C3220 USB wired headsets. These were tested to be compatible with 3CX and provide good value. The Plantronics Hub software enables call control with both 3CX web and desktop clients, but is otherwise not required for the headset to function (plug-and-play driver).
