Techinline is remote desktop support software along the likes of TeamViewer, LogMeIn, and Bomgar. It is integrated into Web Orders (via a link titled 'OnLine Tech Support' under Site Admin) to help the I.T. department provide 'attended' support. This means that a user at the store must initiate a support session and provide a unique, one-time key that we can then use to access their system.

Details of our license:

  • Unlimited support sessions
  • 1 concurrent connection i.e. one connected instance of Techinline Expert (the support-side client used to connect to a remote system). Installations on different machines are permitted.
  • 300 'unattended' agents; can be used to remotely connect and control a machine without the user having to initiate a session.

Notes

On August 17th, 2015 the monthly license was converted to a yearly subscription at $400CDN.
