Overview
The Unipharm Wall Calendars (18"x36") are produced for office and pharmacy use.
- Gather information for the following year (days of week, holidays, conventions, etc.)
- Check with Gerald in the warehouse to make sure we have enough shipping tubes on hand. These are set aside and will not show in inventory.
- Open InDesign file for previous year.
- Update all the information
- Save as a pdf file and print a copy.
- Have Teresa proof.
Email Bond Reproduction
- Email Bond the pdf file
- Order the same quantity as the previous year.
- Allow 1 week for printing
Shipping
- Send calendars out the 1st or 2nd week of December
- Send x2 calendars to each shareholder and any customer request depending on inventory.
