The Unipharm Wall Calendars (18"x36") are produced for office and pharmacy use.

Gather information for the following year (days of week, holidays, conventions, etc.)
Check with Gerald in the warehouse to make sure we have enough shipping tubes on hand.
- These are set aside and will not show in inventory.
Open InDesign file for previous year.[1]
Update all the information
Save as a pdf file and print a copy. [2]
Print a copy of the file and have Teresa proof.

Coordinate the shipping and assembly with Gerald.
- Gerald will usually assign someone in the warehouse to stuff the tubes, print the shipping labels and arrange shipping to the stores.
Ship out 2 calendars to each shareholder and any customer's that request a calendar.
- Customers will usually call or email a request.
- No charge to the customer or shareholder.
