Pharmacy Services:Blood Pressure Monitor

Overview

uniPHARM owns a 24 Hour Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitor and it is available to all shareholders on a first come first service basis at no charge.

• The 24 Hour Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitor is based out of Summerland Medicine Centre as they use the machine on a regular basis.
• If any shareholders request the machine for a few days call Summerland to make sure the do not have it booked for a customer.

Shipping

• Have customer service book an e-return with Loomis to arrange shipping from Summerland to the new location.
• Advise Summerland Medicine Centre with the pick up date and return authorization number.
• Unipharm will pay for the shipping charges
• Update the excel tracking document Tracking 24 hr Blood Pressure Monitor
• Arrange shipping back to Summerland once the unit is available and update tracking document.

Purchasing and Supplies

• If a pharmacy would like more information about purchasing their own unit direct them to the vendor (ManthaMed) for more information.
• Some stores have their own their own 24 Hour Blood Pressure machine and they can order supplies drop ship with Manthamed.
• Direct them to Manathamed
• Angela will invoice the stores accordingly when the invoice is received from Manthamed
