Information Systems:Downloading Purolator invoices

FTP credentials for downloading invoice files off the Purolator FTP site. These are uploaded once per week. They are currently still being emailed to Gerald/John, but technically they are now only supposed to be retrievable only by FTP. The invoice file will be in the OUT folder.

• FTP Server: ftp2.purolator.com
• Username: 24247882
• Password: f7Yn(9Ja#Y
• Open the csv file in Excel and change column CD and CE and FC to number with zero decimal points
• Then save as a CSV to \\SUPERSERVER\Distribution Centre\Richmond\GeraldP\Freight GP\Purolator\Raw Invoices
• Repeat for each new file on the Purolator FTP site

Please try and leave a copy of the file on the FTP site and just download a copy for our use. I use the free FTP client FileZilla. It's so clever, because it's like Godzilla, but for files. (I know right?!)
