Information Systems:Look at Log for More Information
It may be possible to get more information from the system log. Key in GO CMDLOG and press enter.
Key in 3 and press enter for ‘Display Log’. Key in the date and time from the screen showing the email message. (Once you are looking at the log, you can page back to a time earlier than you requested here.)

Find the incident, then look around it to see if you can get more information. You can put your cursor on a line and press F1 to get more detail.
It may be easier to change the output to *PRINT; then you can use ‘find’ to see all entries for a particular job. Here is an example of message details (F9) for an error message. Note that the job number is 696377, and the time of the error is 13:31:27.
