If the text ‘F15=Atlas Messages’ on the bottom of the screen is red, there have been errors. Press F15 to see the message. Typically, it will tell you to see the error report. Press F16 to clear the messages.

Go back to the uniPHARM IT Tools menu. 31 FTP Logs 7 Atlas FTP Logs

Press F16 to go to the bottom of the list; which is the most recent. Files named ‘PRINT’ are normal – look for files named ‘QPQUPRFIL’. Use 5 to look at it.

Here is an example of a problem (bold). The name of the file that Data Trac has placed on our FTP server is longer than our program can handle. In this case, it was a good thing, as the file is a test of sending a bit map of a signature to us.
