Pharmacy Services:Changing to Medicine Centre Banner

Overview

When a shareholder changes to the Medicine Centre Program certain matters must be attended to by all applicable departments.

Store Requirements

• Store name change is not required
• There are no banner fees
• Need to incorporate the MC name/logo in some type of signage.
• Some support may be available for exterior/interior signage but we would require store photos to determine the amount (usually to a max of $5000).

Checklist

• Once both parties have signed the agreement scan a copy and file in the Medicine Centre 2.0/Membership/Signed MC document file.
