Overview

Web claims (non-narcotic) items may be returned via the uniPHARM web portal. It will generate a request in Infonet.

Infonet

Lower Mainland

  1. Go to Infonet/Carrier/Web claim requiring way bills
  2. Click 'Exclude' and click 'Yes' to remove any lower mainland entries

Out of Town

  1. Click RA#\notes\items for more details on the items to be returned

Book Loomis Pickup

Click on Loomis Express http://loomisexpress.com/ca/wftrackingform.aspx

  1. Enter username 'customerservice@unipharm.com'
  2. Enter password 'unipharm3'
  3. Click 'e-solution
  4. Click 'E-RETURNS'
  5. Click 'E-RETURN REQUEST'
  6. Enter your email, RA#, enter store # and press 'RETRIEVE', enter weight '2', length, width & height '6', click 'REVIEW & SUBMIT'

Loomis Confirmation Number

Loomis will email you confirmation number, copy & paste the confirmation number into Hotline Notes and update

Update Infonet

  1. Go to Infonet/Carrier/Web claim requiring way bills
  2. Click 'Done' and click 'Yes' to indicate you have booked the pickup.
