Overview
- These are used in the Asset file, to connect an asset to a specific investment budget.
- The investment budgets are set up per accounting year.
- The investment budget can be analyzed on listings where it is shown how much of the budget that has been allocated to different assets, and how much is left to acquire on a specific budget.
Process
- 1. Select Asset Management
- 2. Select Asset management financial tasks
- 3. Select Investment budget tasks
- 4. Select Work with investment budgets
- 5. Select Add
- 6. Enter the Year
- 7. Enter the Budget
- 8. Enter the Description
- 9. Enter the Inv budget amount
- 10. Press enter
- 11. Enter another budget items OR Press F12 when completed
- 12. Select Print investment budgets if you wish to print budget listing
- 13. Enter sequence 1
- 14. Enter Asset details Y
- 15. Enter Year
- 16. Change printer queue lp05
- 17. Press enter
