Customer Service:Naloxone Kits

Overview

uniPHARM will be stocking the free kits here and are the same type that has been used in the Toward the Heart program. The General Manager has been in contact with the BCCDC and they are working in arranging orders to be sent here. This may take 2-4 weeks at their end. Once we have the kits here at the warehouse we will send out an information email detailing the order number for the kits. We are also hoping to get training supplies so that the stores can show those patients that need the training component.

Kits are Free of Charge

• As a reminder, the kits must be distributed free of charge to the patient with, unfortunately, no training fee attached.
• The stores will be able to order the kits with their regular order as they need them to maintain stock in their stores.
• As well, this is a voluntary program but as it rolls out to all pharmacies, we expect most of the stores will be asked for them.
• Further, we will be restricting the kits to our shareholders only as uniPHARM will not be paid any type of distribution fee and this will be a service to our stores only.
