This article specifies guidelines that will be followed when undertaking a software development project at uniPHARM.

General Steps

Below describes the general phases of the project following its approval by the steering committee.
  1. Initial meeting to discuss business needs and user requirements. Business and technical owners assigned.
  2. Creation of one or multiple Trello boards dedicated to the planning and/or technical implementation of the project. Provisioning of access to aforementioned boards to necessary members.
  3. Decision to develop the project in-house or to outsource the development
  4. Translation of business needs into a technical outline by IT/technical team. Depending on the scope of the project
