Inquire on an Asset Overview

  • Click Asset Management→Asset management financial tasks→Asset entry tasks→Work with assets
  • Click User Option (left side on blue panel)
  • Click applicable template to work with
  • Click enter
  • Click F9 to access green screen

  • Enter serial number or other fields to find asset
  • Click enter

  • Check to make sure it is the correct asset
  • Click F12 to move back to previous panel
  • Press F9 to access green screen
