Revision as of 11:29, 23 February 2018 by Nancyn (talk | contribs) (Nancyn moved page Accounting Finance:A/P Transactions-Printing a Cash Requirements Report to Accounting Finance:Cash Requirements Report)
Overview
- Review report daily and change date when appropriate to reduce the number of cheques printed on subsequent days (generally only net due dates are changed because changing discount due dates could result in lost discounts if the date is moved forward rather than backwards)
- Transactions with stop codes will have the stop code PS next to the Net Amount
- After the A/R Co-ordinator has reviewed the daily report, please forward to credit analyst for further review
