Customer Service:Saturday Store Closures

Overview

When a store calls about closing on Saturday, we have to notify the warehouse supervisor or leadhand.

  • If you receive calls on Friday about the store being closed on Saturday:
  • Phone the warehouse supervisor or leadhand and also send an email to the Distribution Centre group.
  • Change the pick list shipping date from Saturday to Monday and status from 7:45am to 8:01am
