Delete Old Transaction Files

Many processes do not delete files when they are complete; just in case. So we should periodically purge old ones.

Delete Old Web Order and InfoNet Transaction Files

Miscellaneous carrier invoices that are uploaded manually from a spreadsheet leave work files in webroot/unipharm/carrierinterface/invoices. Delete files more than a year (?) old.

When orders are uploaded from handheld devices into Web Orders, copies are left in webroot/uniPHARM/handheldorders. We sometimes (rarely) look at these, so delete any older than three months (?).

When the buyers upload vendor prices, copies are left in webroot/uniPHARM/VendorPriceLists. Delete files more than a year (?) old.

Delete Old FTP Invoice Archives

Inv oice files received from Atlas and Loomis go as individual members into file CIDOWNP in library UWDASWPRDD. Do not delete this file, but members more than a year (?) old can be. Check ‘ATL1’, DHL1’, ‘DHL2’, ‘DHL3’, ‘DHL4’, and ‘DHL9’.
