Activation

• Login here With Credentials (Unipharm@outlook.com; Password: )
• Enter the Product Key and this will activate the key.
• This will create a unique code that can be found in services and subscriptions in the outlook account.
• You will use that code to activate/ Download the right version of the office.
• We document all the keys, which can be found here \\superserver\Tech\common\Business Case Documents\2020\MS Office Upgrade & Email Migration (Complete) (We are looking for a more effective alternative, but for now this is how we are doing this)

How to transfer MS Office Key from one computer to another?

This is a fairly easy process, Just install the MS office on the new computer and find the key you want to reuse again from the doc above. Enter the Activation Key and press enter. on the next screen, it will ask to activate over the internet or activate over the phone. If the key was activated more than 60-90 days ago, activate over the internet works fine. But if it is less than that, you can still try activating over the internet but high chances are you have to go with the by phone option. In second case, we haven't tried anything yet but I would assume that they will ask for your account details for verification.
