This allows multiple people (contacts) to be linked to a business partner, and individual contacts to be linked to multiple partners. Each contact can have multiple contact methods (work phone, home phone, work email, etc). Each partner should have a contact named ‘MAIN INFO’ to give main phone, fax, and email. Also special use contact methods; like ORDCON for the email address to send electronic order confirmations, and RMADEM for the email addresses to send EFT remittance advices.

- File CNNAMEP (CNS -- Main Contact Master Record) contains all the contacts.

- File CNCVLIP (CNS -- Main Contact Master Record) links contacts to business partners (field: CLCUVE)

- File CNPHEMP (CNS -- Phone/Email by Email or Phone) contains all the contact methods.

- File CNCVROP (CNS -- Contact Name Customer / Vendor Roles File) contains all role links (field: CLUNIN)

- File CNUSDAP (CNS -- Contact Name User Defined Data Item) contains a list of a contacts user data.
