Information Systems:Overnight ENDOFMONTH

The scheduler starts this job at 6:00AM on the first day of every month. The restricted state must be ended, and the system back up (currently around 5:00AM) when this is submitted. OTHERWISE IT MUST BE SUBMITTED MANUALLY.

This can run while users are on the system. It runs updates (including period roll), and reports (including finance reports to check that A/R, A/P, and unmatched PO's are in balance). If the current month is January (calendar year end), a copy of the warehouse item file (SROSRO) is saved as SROSROCCYY. If the current month is February (fiscal year end), a copy of the warehouse item file (SROSRO) is saved as SROSROFYY. The period roll for into fiscal period 1 will do processing for fiscal year end.
