Go to InfoNet / Finance / Build Report Writer Detail.

If there are any selection parameters shown, and you want to change the company, you must first click on the the clear button. This program changes its operating environment based on the company selected; so you must select a company before the list of available reports can be determined .

Key in the fiscal year, select a company, then click on search. Select a report, then click search again. I have been doing FIN03-KPMG, FIN04, and FIN05-KPMG for the main company, and FIN03-DTL, FIN04-UC, and FIN05-DTL for the consolidation.

This shows lines that print for the requested report. To see the details of what makes up those amounts, click on 'Export to Excel'.

Column A indicates if this column prints in the report, or is used to accumulate amounts. Lines with 'Y' are printed; ones with 'N' are used in calculations.

Column D is the line number in the report writer definition.

Column E, if not zero, shows the multiple lines that have been include from the G/L values in Analyser. '99999' is the total of all those lines.
