Customer Service:Customer Web Accounts - Carrier Lookup

A customer is able to lookup the carrier for shipped orders which are pick list specific. Under Inquiry, after the customer has selected a purchase order, the Order Detail Inquiry screen will appear. This will display the information regarding the order by breaking it down by pick list which will allow the store to check if the product was shipped via ground or air. This works very well for stores which have two or more day deliveries for ground. This allows customers to take control of their orders and take the guesswork out if they need to contact Customer Service to “boost” their orders to go air.
